bdm126 Douglas: Script concept

The concept of my story.

i really enjoyed The Hobbit and Lord of the rings which helped a lot with the concept of my characters look. You could say that my story is a definitely like the good old story where the main characters village is raided everyone's killed and he must now take his revenge on the person/ group of people. pretty standard really.

Act 1

main Character ; Banger (Bjorke Anderfall)
Son: Olaf Anderfall
Brother: Stumpy Anderfall

Banger is a dwarf who lives with his family in a small village tribe called the Great Onyx tribe. Each tribe sticks to themselves but there has been bad blood in the past. Bjorke has always had the nickname "Banger" since he crafted himself not an axe like everyone else but a giant hammer. Banger loved his family consisting of his wife and son. On this day decided now his son has reached an appropriate age he can now learn to hunt. They go on a large day trip leaving early in the morning they hunt for hours only killing one deer. On arrival back into the Village Banger sees dead bodies everywhere scattered on the roads and in the huts. He finds just at the opening of his hut his dying wife he runs to her aid she whispers in his ear the name of the tribe which did this. Bjorke Screams out in fury.

Act 2

We cut to Banger Burying all his fallen comrades. Then him and his son set of on hike to the closest friendly tribe where his brother Stumpy lives. Stumpy is Bangers older brother and always tried to keep Banger out of trouble when both there parents died at a young age. He arrives and tells Stumpy whats happened and asks if he will look after his son while he goes and destroys the tribe which has done this. Stumpy pleads with Banger not to be so stupid to go alone into a sure death as Stumpy says his whole tribe can help he know that they outnumber the other tribe 3 to 1.Banger has never asked for help and hes not changing now Banger and stumpy fight for hours on the subject. Finally Banger decides he is not waiting for help he can go alone. Olaf then asks to join Banger but Banger declines him because he has not had a full life to waste. Banger grabs his hammer and leaves.

Act 3

now at the Rival tribe Banger walks in Hammer in hand and shouts "Fight me ..........." (sorry still havent decided on the name of the antagonist tribe or person). Everyone comes out of there hut drunk and yelling they have just had a massive feast. one of the Tribes drunk members wanders over to Banger offers him a chicken leg. With one swift clean swing he crushes the dwarf into the ground with his massive Hammer. Everyone looks on stunned by what has happened they all grab weapons and charge Banger. He fights off one another comes in he takes out another three more join the fight. He is finally surrounded held down by some tribesman the tribes leader walks up with a large axe. The others tribesman bend Banger down showing his neck the leader starts to swing. But stops when he hears the sound of horns he turns just to be taken out by a axe flying through the air. a small fight scene goes on. Banger reunites with his brother stumpy who has brought the cavalry. They destroy the village ad return back to there Tribes Banger decides that he will stay in his Brothers tribe and repay the debt he feels he owes them after they helped him.
