concept art for guppy

These are just ideas and concepts for Guppys art and ground work

This is the real cartoony one the one i prefer and the easiest

This is a really cool idea which i might be able to pull off

These two are just more works i can look at.

Guppy

Character Bio for Guppy:

Guppys a small fish who lives in a small tank all by himself. Guppy is a bit crazy and has a good and bad voice in his head which he talks to in the reflection of his tanks glass sides. Guppy has always lived in a small tank by himself and has always wanted a real friend. Guppys a year old and is just a normal gold fish.

Story

Guppy has always lived alone and wants a friend. Guppy is living out his normal day in his tank just chilling and going with the flow taking to the voices in his head. While he is talking to them he notices a big tank has been moved bellow him and hatches up a plan to get into it as he sees more fish and he knows that if he could just get to that tank then he might be able to make a friend. He runs the idea past his voices in his head they both disagree with him and say he’s fie here. Guppy doesn’t agree he thinks there just being dicks so he decides he is going to make it to the other tank so he goes through ideas in his head of how he is going to make it. Guppy finally decides he must jump so he heads to the bottom of his tank has a massive run up and fly’s out of the tank flying through the air his whole life flashes before his eyes and as he hears his voices scream at him YOU’RE AN IDIOT he lands in the tank. Where he finds himself no one so he’s still alone but now he is just in a bigger tank.

Story idea for 2D

My 2D Story Idea

The idea i wanna do is my fish comic storie but in a anime style like Black Dynamite and one piece and naruto.

The story is about a fish who lives all alone and he wants to try escape his fish tank so he can be with more fish so can finally make some friends. The style will hopefully be more anime like i will be using the styles from shows such as one piece and Naruto and also a show thats called Black dynamite which is has a dark shadow basically black and not so much a shade.

Another show i would like to use the style of is a from a series called Rick and Morty.

There are many cool 2D styles that are appealing to the eyes i myself enjoy the comic looking ones much like anime's such as One piece and Naruto. I would like to copy these styles within my own 2D animation.
