Attack on Titan.

who is the protagonist? Ordinary life:

The protagonist in Attack on Titan is Eren Jaeger a young boy who lives in a world were there are giant humanoid type titans  that eat humans for no apparent reason. The city he lives in is surrounded by 50 ft walls which keep all the titans out.
 Eren is just living a normal life with his family until a giant titan appears and kicks a massive hole in the wall of the city letting in all the titans killing thousands including his mother.

What does the protagonist want?

Eren wants to kill every Titan for what they have done to his city and his family. He also wants to join the survey corps to kill all the titans with his child hood friends Mikasa Ackerman and Armin Arlert.

The Antagonist?

The Antagonists in the series are the Titans themselves massive human looking monsters with huge smiles which show all there teeth. The main Antagonists are really the Giant titan the biggest ever seen which destroys the wall of the city causing all the crap that they have to go through. also theres a armored titan not as big as the colossal Titan but just as bad. These titans are killing everyone and must be stopped by the military.

What is the inciting incident?

The moment where the Colossal titan kicks a hole in the wall which then destroys most of the city is the inciting incident of Attack on Titan.

What is the turning point?

The turning point is where Erens mom gets eaten in my opinion which push's him over the edge to start fighting back.
